Terms and Conditions – Win a Reno Valued Over 2k

  1. Entry into the promotion is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Employees or suppliers of NZHL or their family members, or anyone else connected with the promotion may not enter.
  3. To be eligible for this promotion you must complete the entry form online.
  4. We will use personal data only for the purpose(s) for which they were originally collected and we will ensure personal data are securely disposed of.
  5. We will not share your personal information with others unless you have given us your permission.
  6. The prize is a $2000 Resene Voucher, Resene Colour Consultation (valued at $250), a Resene Colour Pack, and a financial review with NZHL.
  7. The promotion will run throughout the course of the Xrace 2021. 
  8. Entries close March 31st, 2021
  9. NZHL  retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
  10. NZHL  accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. NZHL further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the competition.
  11. NZHL  reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of NZHL in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The competition will be governed by New Zealand law.
  13. Winner will be drawn randomly from all entries on April 3, 2021

 

 

Terms and Conditions – Win a Family Pass to XRACE 2021

  1. Entry into the promotion is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Employees or suppliers of NZHL or their family members, or anyone else connected with the promotion may not enter.
  3. To be eligible for this promotion you must complete the entry form online.
  4. We will use personal data only for the purpose(s) for which they were originally collected and we will ensure personal data are securely disposed of.
  5. We will not share your personal information with others unless you have given us your permission.
  6. The prize is 2 tickets to the respective race you select, each ticket is for 1 Adult & 1 Child.
  7. There is one set of 2 tickets given away for every race for a total of 32 tickets across the 16 races
  8. You may enter the draw to different race locations by submitting subsequent forms 
  9. NZHL  retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

Terms and Conditions – Win a kids and adults bike draw

  1. Entry into the promotion is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  3. To be eligible for this promotion you must complete the entry form at the NZHL XRACE and must be at Prize Giving to receive the prize at the end of the event.
  4. We will use personal data only for the purpose(s) for which they were originally collected and we will ensure personal data are securely disposed of.
  5. We will not share your personal information with others unless you have given us your permission.
  6. The prize is a Kids and Adults Mountain Bike, the Bikes will be on display at the Xrace Event, we cannot exchange for a different size or prize.
  7. The promotion will run at each Xrace event in 2021 where a Kids and Adults bike will be won at each Xrace event.
