With NZHL, you can expect
We believe a home loan shouldn’t be set & forget, so in the first year, your Mortgage Mentor will offer a 2, 4, & 12-month review to ensure your loan is working best for your needs, you are supported to achieve your goals, any additional requirements are covered, and your questions are answered. 

After the first year, we offer a yearly check-in to review your plan and adjust as required to ensure it’s still the best fit for your circumstances and supports your goals. 

NZHL Mortgage Mentors are also available for ongoing advice and coaching when you need help, have a question, or have a change in circumstance and need to review your plan. 

We provide personalised high-touch services that helps you take control of your finances, so you can live your life while confidently managing your mortgage.
